Bus Hire for Group Trips — Cost, Size and Planning
A guide to hiring a coach for schools, companies and family events in Malaysia.
Sizes and what they suit
- 20 to 27 seats — company outings and family events.
- 30 to 44 seats — school trips and large groups.
Cost
Rates start at RM500 a day including a licensed driver. Interstate trips are priced by distance and days; overnight trips account for driver accommodation.
What is included
- A licensed driver and full air conditioning.
- Vehicle servicing and inspection.
Planning the schedule
Share the full itinerary — assembly point, stops and return time. A coach needs somewhere it can legally stop, so pick-up and drop-off points should be checked early.
Booking
Send your dates, passenger count and destination. We confirm the size and the price including the driver.
In short
Every booking is confirmed over WhatsApp with the dates, collection point and vehicle type. With those three we can confirm availability and price without a long back-and-forth.
If you are still weighing two options, just send your trip details. We will suggest the vehicle that fits the distance, the passenger count and the budget.
